Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive compliance programs across all business units
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to identify regulatory gaps
- Stay updated on evolving regulations (FINRA, SEC, AML, etc.) and advise stakeholders
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for executive leadership and regulatory bodies
- Train employees on compliance policies and ethical standards
- Investigate potential violations and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with legal and risk management teams on cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of compliance experience in financial services or regulated industries
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) designation required
- Strong knowledge of federal/state regulations and industry standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with compliance software (e.g., MetricStream, RSA Archer)
- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
