Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records.
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and expense reports monthly.
- Prepare and send invoices, bills, and purchase orders to vendors.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local accounting regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) or Xero accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent attention to detail and high-level organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
