Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions within 24-hour turnaround window
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with remote communication tools
- Execute electronic payments via ACH and wire transfers with zero-error tolerance
- Maintain digital filing systems for invoices, contracts, and payment records
- Collaborate with global teams using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) during night shift hours
- Conduct month-end closing procedures and accrual calculations
- Support audit preparation with organized documentation and compliance checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience with night shift or remote work history
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with proven error reconciliation abilities
- Excellent written communication skills for remote stakeholder interactions
- Ability to work independently during evening hours (7 PM - 3 AM CST)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
- Experience with high-volume payment processing (>500 invoices/month)
