Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risk
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes for multiple business units
- Lead process improvements in accounting systems and workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Expertise in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record of managing complex financial operations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Ability to thrive in remote work environment with minimal supervision
