Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily financial transactions using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and expense reports
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Collaborate with senior accountants on month-end closing procedures
- Support clients with basic bookkeeping inquiries
Qualifications
- No prior bookkeeping experience required – training provided
