Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reconciliations for multiple accounts.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including P&L and Balance Sheets.
- Assist with the preparation of annual tax filings and support external audits.
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and ensure compliance with US GAAP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial workflows and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA certification is a major plus.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Must have a dedicated home office setup and high-speed internet.
