Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with precision and discretion
- Prepare payroll reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors
- Collaborate with HR on time tracking, PTO, and benefits administration
- Implement continuous process improvements for payroll efficiency
- Ensure SOX compliance and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent system proficiency
- Deep knowledge of federal/state payroll regulations (FLSA, FICA, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
