Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes with high accuracy.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statements.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and monthly financial reports.
- Process payroll using QuickBooks Online for multiple clients.
- Assist with tax preparation and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure all financial data is organized, secure, and up-to-date in our cloud-based systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding account status and discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Must possess a high level of attention to detail.
