Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee pay inquiries within 24 hours
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Prepare and file quarterly tax forms (941, 940, state unemployment)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and bonus distributions
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and payroll data maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP or equivalent payroll systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and state wage laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Ability to handle confidential data with discretion
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field
