Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees with 100% accuracy
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings in compliance with CA/Federal laws
- Lead payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies with HR/Finance teams
- Implement and optimize ADP Workforce Now system workflows
- Prepare quarterly/yearly payroll reports for executive leadership
- Train and mentor 2 junior payroll analysts
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience (multi-state preferred)
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent expertise
- Deep knowledge of CA wage orders, PFL, and EDD regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR
- CPP certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
