Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (FICA, FUTA, NE state withholding)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and new hire documentation
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Generate payroll reports for finance and HR stakeholders
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping system audits
- Stay updated on FLSA and Nebraska labor law changes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Basic accounting/finance knowledge or willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidential employee data
- Customer service mindset for internal inquiries
- Willingness to complete paid certification training
