Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Prepare detailed variance reports and executive summaries for client leadership teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize financial processes
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to inform strategic recommendations
- Manage financial databases and ensure data integrity across platforms
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and narrative reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-financial audiences
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Self-motivated with demonstrated remote work capabilities
