Responsibilities
- Process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and post adjusting entries to close the night shift period.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards (GAAP).
- Manage and archive financial documentation and electronic records securely.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general ledger or accounting functions.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
