Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations (FICA, FUTA, WA state laws)
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve garnishment/child support orders
- Manage time-off accruals and maintain employee records in HRIS
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Conduct quarterly payroll audits and prepare tax filings
- Provide payroll support during year-end processing
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software expertise
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced formula knowledge (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with Washington state labor regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Excellent attention to detail with 99.9% accuracy track record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
