Responsibilities
- Process semi-monthly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings with 100% accuracy
- Conduct quarterly reconciliations and year-end tax filings (941, 940, W-2s)
- Manage time and attendance systems and resolve payroll discrepancies within 24 hours
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding processes and benefit changes
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure GDPR/FCRA compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and state-specific payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Proven track record of zero-audit compliance in previous roles
