Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile complex multi-entity accounting systems with zero tolerance for errors
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for C-suite executives and external partners
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes including journal entries and accruals
- Implement and optimize internal controls to ensure financial compliance and audit readiness
- Collaborate with tax professionals on quarterly tax filings and strategic tax planning
- Manage vendor relationships and AP/AR cycles for high-volume transactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA certification strongly preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in public accounting or corporate bookkeeping
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record managing multi-million dollar portfolios with accuracy
- Deep understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and California tax regulations
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation or equivalent required
