Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities for key business units
- Develop and maintain detailed budgets aligned with organizational objectives
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for senior leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial statement analysis
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
