Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models and forecasts to support strategic business planning.
- Perform detailed variance analysis comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Manage and maintain the general ledger system and ensure accurate data integrity.
- Support the budgeting process by gathering data and providing analytical insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
