- Maintain accurate financial records using provided accounting software and hardware
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements
- Generate monthly financial reports and assist with audits
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Collaborate with senior accountants using provided digital tools
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (equipment provided)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
