Responsibilities
- Process and maintain accurate payroll for 200+ employees using ADP and QuickBooks
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage time-off requests and employee benefit deductions
- Generate payroll reports for management and auditors
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding and offboarding processes
- Stay updated on payroll legislation changes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP and QuickBooks Payroll
- Strong knowledge of FLSA and tax regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours
