Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using provided software
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit deductions
- Prepare payroll reports for internal stakeholders and auditors
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through provided analytical tools
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP, Paychex, or similar payroll systems (equipment provided)
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of GA payroll tax laws
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
