Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Conduct payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll documentation
- Maintain compliance with FLSA, DOL, and Georgia payroll regulations
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and external auditors
- Support year-end processing and W-2 distribution
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent expertise
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, FLSA, and Georgia payroll laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with garnishment processing and tax filings
