Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 200+ employees with 100% accuracy
- Maintain and audit employee records in ADP Workforce Now platform
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations including EFTPS filings
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefits administration
- Prepare and deliver payroll reports to finance leadership
- Respond to payroll inquiries within 24 hours
- Coordinate year-end tax forms (W-2, 1099)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficiency in multi-state tax regulations (CA, AZ, NV)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation a plus
- Proven track record of zero payroll audit findings
- Ability to handle confidential data with discretion
