Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for U.S. employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance filings
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through audit trails and employee inquiries
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Maintain compliance with federal/state labor regulations (FLSA, FLSA)
- Generate payroll reports for CFO and external auditors
- Implement process improvements using SAP SuccessFactors integration
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent platform expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and payroll tax software
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, ACA, and garnishment regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with 100% accuracy focus
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
