Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Enterprise system
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and year-end reconciliations across 15 states
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies within 48-hour SLA
- Conduct quarterly payroll audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and new onboarding
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, DOL, and state-specific regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Enterprise and Excel pivot tables
- Deep knowledge of federal/state tax regulations and wage laws
- Proven track record of 100% payroll accuracy
- Experience with union payroll calculations and reporting
