Join our dynamic finance team in Las Vegas as a Payroll Specialist! We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage our payroll operations with precision and compliance. This is a high-impact role where you'll ensure accurate and timely payment processing while contributing to employee satisfaction through exceptional payroll services.
Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations and FLSA requirements
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments
- Prepare and file quarterly tax forms and year-end W-2s
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping system integration
- Support year-end reconciliation and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, garnishment laws, and state tax codes
- Proficient in Excel with VLOOKUP/Pivot Table skills
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven problem-solving with complex payroll scenarios
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality standards
