Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
- Build and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with executive-level summaries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements across operations
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting strategic initiatives
- Monitor compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VBA)
- Strong experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
