Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Implement QuickBooks enterprise solutions for optimization
- Coordinate with CPAs during quarterly audits and tax season
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and industry-specific regulations
- Lead month-end closing processes with zero-error standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of comprehensive bookkeeping experience in a firm setting
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced formula expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Proven track record of managing complex multi-entity accounts
- Experience with construction or real estate verticals a plus
