Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance for federal, state, and local jurisdictions
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through audit trails and employee inquiries
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping systems and new hire onboarding
- Prepare quarterly and annual payroll tax filings and W-2 distribution
- Maintain compliance with FLSA, DOL, and internal controls policies
- Generate payroll reports for finance and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with ADP or similar systems
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or PHR certification preferred
- Deep understanding of Kentucky and federal payroll tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with multi-state payroll operations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
