Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Support year-end processing (W-2s, 1099s)
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping systems
- Ensure compliance with FLSA and state labor laws
- Generate payroll reports for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience
- ADP certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll software
- Knowledge of CA payroll regulations
- BS in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- High attention to detail and problem-solving
- Ability to handle sensitive data confidentially
