Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries and resolving account issues
- Open new accounts and educate customers on digital banking tools
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Partner with colleagues to cross-sell bank products and services
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance regulations
- Contribute to branch goals through proactive customer engagement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations preferred
