- Process multi-state payroll accurately and timely
- Manage tax filings and compliance across jurisdictions
- Handle garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments
- Conduct payroll audits and reconciliation processes
- Support HR with employee payroll inquiries
- Implement payroll system enhancements
- Generate payroll reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience
- ADP or Ceridian payroll software proficiency
- CPP certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal/state labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and PivotTables
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
