Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and compliance across all 50 states
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Support HR initiatives including onboarding and benefits administration
- Implement payroll process improvements using automation tools
- Conduct audits and maintain meticulous payroll documentation
- Provide exceptional payroll support to employees and leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent expertise
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Familiarity with FLSA, IRS, and state labor regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Experience with payroll audits and compliance reporting
