- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts and services
- Cross-sell bank products and financial solutions

- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Document transactions and update customer records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years cash handling experience preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to operate banking equipment (provided)
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations
