Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle payroll processing for all employees using ADP Workforce Now.
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, taxes, deductions, and garnishments in compliance with federal and state laws.
- Prepare and review payroll reports, including quarterly and annual reconciliations.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with HR to update employee records and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and personal employee data.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing or a related accounting role.
- Proficiency in ADP (Workforce Now or Essentials) is required.
- Strong working knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and state unemployment tax requirements.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) for data analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
