Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across multiple states
- Prepare and submit quarterly tax filings (941, 940, state unemployment)
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Support year-end processes including W-2 generation and 1099 reporting
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and benefit changes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP, QuickBooks, or similar payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of federal/state tax regulations (FLSA, FICA, etc.)
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table experience
- Professional certification (CPP, FPC) preferred
