Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across CA, AZ, and NV
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly/annual tax filings
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with employees and HR
- Support year-end processing including W-2 generation and 1099 reporting
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and leave tracking
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee financial data
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Proficiency in multi-state tax regulations (CA, AZ, NV) and garnishment laws
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-volume environments
- Excellent communication skills for resolving payroll inquiries
- Experience with HRIS systems and benefits administration
