Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll using ADP and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Conduct payroll audits and prepare quarterly/annual reports
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding processes
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar platforms
- Deep understanding of FLSA, HI state labor laws, and multi-state tax regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- CPP certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
