Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for strategic optimization
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets for executive review
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and KPI tracking
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems and automation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in tech or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- Strong SQL skills for complex data extraction and analysis
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate financial insights for non-finance audiences
- Proven track record of delivering results in deadline-driven environments
