Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across Colorado
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies monthly
- Support year-end processes including W-2/1099 generation
- Collaborate with HR on benefits enrollment and timekeeping systems
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA
- Implement process improvements for payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years US payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent platform expertise
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, CO labor laws, and multi-state tax compliance
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
