Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations (FLSA, FICA, etc.)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings accurately
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries within 24 hours
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping system integration and audits
- Prepare quarterly and annual payroll reports for leadership
- Assist in payroll system upgrades and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state knowledge
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and HRIS systems
- Familiarity with FLSA, DOL, and IRS regulations
- Proven track record of 100% payroll accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
