Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments with precision
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies through detailed reconciliation
- Generate payroll reports and analytics for executive leadership review
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and payroll-related changes
- Maintain confidential employee records in accordance with privacy standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP, QuickBooks, or similar payroll systems
- Familiarity with multi-state tax laws and FLSA regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
