Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll using provided advanced payroll software and ergonomic equipment
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefits enrollment with provided digital tools
- Generate payroll reports and analytics using company-issued high-performance computers
- Resolve payroll discrepancies using provided multi-monitor workstations
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams using integrated communication systems
- Maintain confidential employee records with encrypted company-provided devices
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience using provided software (ADP/Workday)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (provided on company laptops)
- Knowledge of FLSA, federal/state tax laws, and garnishment procedures
- Experience with multi-state payroll compliance
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage large datasets
- Excellent problem-solving skills using provided analytical tools
- Ability to work independently with company-provided ergonomic equipment
