- Execute full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ diverse clients
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare month-end closing reports and financial statements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Oversee payroll processing and tax filings
- Implement QuickBooks optimization strategies
- Collaborate with CFOs on financial forecasting
- Maintain organized digital financial archives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Strong understanding of sales/use tax regulations
- Experience with multi-state accounting operations
