Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Manage payment cycles and optimize cash flow strategies
- Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate vendor terms
- Implement process improvements using automation tools like QuickBooks
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in mid-sized companies
- Proficiency in AP automation systems (e.g., Coupa, Tipalti)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) a plus
