Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP and QuickBooks
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefits enrollments
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and year-end forms
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly
- Maintain accurate payroll records and audit trails
- Collaborate with HR on employee onboarding and offboarding
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Enterprise or equivalent payroll system proficiency
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and AZ labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills for payroll reporting
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
