Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and year-end reconciliations
- Oversee time & attendance systems and PTO accruals
- Conduct internal payroll audits and compliance reviews
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and 401(k) processing
- Lead payroll system implementations and process improvements
- Prepare payroll reports for executive leadership and auditors
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced ADP Workforce Now certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Expert knowledge of federal/state payroll regulations (FLSA, FICA, etc.)
- Proficient in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Experience with HRIS integrations and data migrations
- Proven ability to manage confidential employee data
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
