Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage cash flow
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance
- Implement and optimize accounting systems (QuickBooks/Xero)
- Support audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in bookkeeping with startup/tech clients
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- CPA or advanced certification preferred
- Proven audit compliance experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately
