Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Conduct variance analysis and identify trends requiring management attention
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Evaluate investment opportunities using ROI analysis and risk assessment frameworks
- Streamline financial reporting processes to enhance accuracy and timeliness
- Mentor junior analysts and implement best practices in financial modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear executive presentations
- Certification (CMA, CPA, or FP&A) highly desirable
- Experience in manufacturing or healthcare finance preferred
