Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities for institutional clients
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budget reports using Excel and SQL
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI tracking for senior leadership presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and cost structures
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for M&A activities and investment opportunities
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial modeling, valuation techniques (DCF, comps), and variance analysis
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- CFA or CPA certification a significant plus
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data for stakeholders
